The DEI acronyms stand for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We need to include the acronyms and also explain the full definition of the words so that people understand that DEI is not only focused on race or gender. sustainability.</p><p>The birth of my son, Orlando, inspired me to advocate for workplaces that champion inclusivity and sustainability. At Amplify DEI, we're pioneering inclusive practices through innovative methods like virtual reality empathy training, micro-training sessions, and the Amplify DEI Team cards, enhancing workplace culture with authenticity.</p><p>The ESDP Certification, Europe's first program supporting ethnic minority suppliers, aims to break down barriers for these businesses, facilitating their access to new opportunities and promoting a diverse, competitive supply chain. But when men did participate, they were two to three times more likely to recognize and witness gender-biased behaviors.<br><br>As we work towards a more inclusive future, it's crucial to move beyond awareness to the active practice of allyship.<br><br>Senior leaders must talk clearly about allyship, provide the necessary resources, and hold individuals accountable.<br><br>Generous listening, understanding, and meaningful action are key. Thankfully, I can now walk using a stroller, significantly improving my mobility and environment. This experience, however, has given me firsthand insight into the numerous barriers individuals with disabilities face while trying to access various facilities. While some places are considerate, many others fail to cater adequately to their needs.</p><p>Luckily, I have been using my stroller to provide offline DEI training and workshops, and I love it. Summit where I presented on "<strong>Shattering Stereotypes: The Importance of Sharing Diverse Stories of Neurodivergent Women.</strong>" It was a deeply enriching experience to share the often untold narratives of neurodiverse women including autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. </p><p class="button-wrapper"
